- Vish Gohil Review added: 2018.05.30★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I recently had a very bad experience at this shop, precisely on 28 May 2017. I had ordered a photo cake for my son's birthday. At the time of ordering, the guy did not specify how big or small will the photo be printed and simply asked me to select the border piping.
When I went to collect the cake, the photo was printed not on the entire top surface but just a small picture. When I asked why it wasn't printed on the entire top surface, he says its common sense because I selected the border piping similar to a cake with smaller picture!! Moreover, he started getting very rude, intimidating and threatened me not to give me the cake at all, inspite of the fact I had already paid for it!!
Extremely rude and insensitive staff. He should have clearly specified at the time of taking the order as to how big the photo would be printed.
I'm never going to buy cake again from this shop and will also recommend all friends and relatives not to go there. - LS BC Review added: 2018.02.03★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I am not happy with customer service provided by female staff of the store on 5/1/18 at 2.46 pm approx.
We ordered several times here as we thought to support local shops but the way we treated by her it was very bad. I will never go again there and try to tell our known people dont go this specific wembley high road cake box shop. Rubbish customer service. I did one star because otherwise I can't post this message but there is no star for the shop.
