But for a practice to thrive your ancillary staff will either make you or break you.
And this practice definitely has the worst receptionists ever.
There is one particular who is rude to the power of 10. She has no communication skills at all. she needs to be fired because she's giving the entire practice a very bad name.
One of my family member had a dental procedure done. She was never given any post procedure instructions. She was not even given instructions for pain medications. NHS you need to wake up & rid the system of incompetence.
I would give this place 0 star but google won't let me.
Please don't come here. Find another dental practice.
