Purchased online and when item never arrived with no email confirmation, I made some calls but they don't have a central helpdesk and had no idea that I had even made a purchase. Called the local Sony centre Wembley and Harrow but they had no record of my purchase. Quick to take my money though and had to inform the credit card company. The worst experience of online shopping I have ever had and will never use the Sony website ever again. Purchase at the store or find another online retailer.
- Ash Knight Review added: 2018.03.05★ ★ ★ ★ ☆The staff were helpful and knowledgeable. The shop was tidy. You can test some of the high end products. They offer a 7 day return item in most cases. The lack of direct transport from Central London is a minor problem as there are no Sony stores more centralised.
