Gave mine in for service and told them the problems which it had, one of them being the NOT connecting to the bluetooth in the van when you get a phone call. They called to say they have fixed it and the was ready to collect, even before I left the forecourt I had a phone call which didn't t connect to the van and went back in to report this, they kept it in for further 4 day and said it's ready.
I collected the van, got about half mile down the road when I got a phone call which connected the van, Only to find out the person on the other end could not hear me, went straight back and showed the customer service assistant. Even the loan Vehicles have problems and were expected to drive them.
Been on the phone for half an HOUR to speak to Customer service department and still NO ANSWER. If I were you I would save your money and buy a car/van from Toyota, Mercedes or VW where you get a BETTER service
