- Wolfgang Review added: 2018.09.03★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Terrible. I've only been there a handful of times. Staff are rude and inconsiderate. There is literally a children's play area where kids scream nursery rhymes all day long. It's not somewhere you can actually get work done. The book selection is decent enough.

The staff is nice and helpful but it seems they don't have the authority or whatever to maintain silence. It's more like a group study place, not a library. In short, if you like studying in silence, it's not the place for you.
They have a good collection of books, but again, you can't read in peace.
